If, at any point during this period, you determine that the platform does not align with your business objectives, operational style, or technical requirements, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee.

3. Refund Eligibility & Specific Exclusions

Similarly, third-party services like custom top-level domain registrations (.com, .in, etc.) or external SMS gateway credits are non-refundable as these are external costs incurred on your behalf.
Abuse & Fair Use
ThinkAI Systems reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is clear evidence of system abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to circumvent the trial period, or if the user has violated the core Terms of Service during their 7-day period.
