1. Transparency and Values

At TezBytes, we believe that world-class restaurant technology should be accessible, transparent, and predictable. Our pricing model is built on the principle of providing high value without hidden costs. This policy outlines our commitment to honest billing and provides a detailed breakdown of how your investment is utilized to provide a superior digital experience for your customers.
Whether you are running a single-counter cafe or a multi-location enterprise, our tiers are designed to scale with your success. We do not believe in "trapping" businesses with complex contracts; instead, we earn your partnership every month through the stability and innovation of our platform.

2. Comprehensive Tier Breakdown

We offer three primary subscription tiers, each tailored to different stages of business growth. All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The Starter Plan: ₹999/month

The Starter plan is engineered for boutique cafes, food trucks, and small bistros that require a professional digital presence without the complexity of advanced analytics. This plan includes our core Digital QR Menu system, unlimited item categories, and instant price update capabilities.
Why choose Starter? It is the perfect entry point for businesses looking to eliminate the recurring costs of physical menu printing and providing a modern, contactless experience to their diners. You get full access to our professional design themes and the basic business dashboard to monitor your digital traffic.

The Growth Plan: ₹1899/month

The Growth plan is our most popular tier, designed for established outlets looking to optimize their operations through data. In addition to everything in the Starter plan, it introduces Advanced Add-on Management, real-time order tracking, and multi-user access for up to three staff members.
The Data Advantage: Growth users gain access to our Sales & Peak Hours Analytics, allowing you to make staffing and inventory decisions based on actual customer behavior. It also includes built-in marketing tools to capture customer insights and build a loyal diner database.

The Premium Plan: ₹3499/month

The Premium plan is an enterprise-grade suite for high-volume restaurants and owners managing multiple locations. It offers the full power of the TezCafe ecosystem, including priority chat support and advanced channel management.
Enterprise Features: Premium users enjoy deeper customization options, experimental feature access, and dedicated account management to ensure that the technology perfectly mirrors the operational complexity of a large-scale establishment.

3. Additional Resource & Integration Fees

To maintain our industry-leading base subscription prices, we utilize a "pay-for-what-you-need" model for high-resource features and third-party integrations. This ensures that smaller cafes aren't subsidizing the complex requirements of larger enterprises.

Online Payment Gateway & Convenience Fee (Optional)

TezCafe integrates with industry-leading payment processors such as Razorpay and Stripe to provide a seamless digital checkout experience for your diners. When you choose to use our integrated online payment features, you will be subject to the standard transaction fees charged by these third-party gateways (typically ranging from 2-3% depending on the payment method).
In addition to the third-party gateway charges, TezCafe applies a 2% Convenience & Platform Fee per transaction. This fee covers the high-security infrastructure, real-time order reconciliation, and the technical bridge we maintain between the payment processor and your restaurant's dashboard.
Our system manages the complex "Three-Way Match" between the customer's payment, the digital order, and your bank settlement. It ensures that every transaction is verified, fraud-checked, and settled into your account correctly. Establishments that prefer to use their own physical UPI QR codes or Cash can do so with 0% extra fee from TezCafe.

Specialized Hardware & Physical Assets

While the TezCafe software works on any modern device, some establishments prefer dedicated hardware. specialized thermal printers (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi), Android tablets for kitchen displays (KDS), and custom-branded physical QR stands are available as one-time capital purchases. These assets are owned by the restaurant and are not part of the monthly software subscription.

4. Billing Cycles and Term Commitments

Standard Monthly Billing

Most TezCafe partners choose the standard monthly billing cycle. In this model, you are billed every 30 days from the date of your initial activation. This provides the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to scale up or down based on your seasonal business needs.

Annual Billing Optimization

For businesses ready to commit to a longer-term partnership, we offer an Annual Billing Cycle which includes a significant discount when paid upfront for the year. This is the most cost-effective option for established restaurants with predictable long-term operations.

Late Payments & Service Timeline

To ensure clarity, our non-payment actions are triggered based on the number of calendar days past your Invoice Due Date:
  • Grace Period (Days 1-3):

    Your service remains fully active. No restrictions.

  • Dashboard Restriction (Day 4):

    If payment is not received by Day 4, you will lose access to the administrative dashboard (editing menu, prices, etc.), but your customer-facing digital menu remains fully operational. Diners can still scan QR codes and view items, preserving your digital presence.

  • Full Suspension (Day 14):

    On Day 14, if the balance remains uncleared, the customer-facing portal is suspended. Scanning your QR code will show a "Service Suspended" message.

  • Data Archival (Day 30):

    Your account is marked as "Churned." Your configurations and data are moved to secure cold storage. Restoration from this stage incurs a ₹999 Reactivation Fee.

Permanent Data Deletion

We respect your right to be forgotten and do not hold data indefinitely. If an account remains in the "Archived" state for a further 60 days (totaling 90 days from the initial due date) without reactivation, all business data, menu configurations, and transaction logs will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible.

5. The TezCafe Price Lock Guarantee

Commitment to Stability

One of our core promises is the Price Lock Guarantee. As we continue to add new features and upgrade our infrastructure, the market price of our plans may increase for new users. However, for our existing partners, your base subscription rate is "locked in" for as long as your account remains active.

Notice of Changes

In the rare event that a significant structural price change is required (for example, due to major national tax changes), we commit to providing a minimum of 60 days' notice before any such change takes effect, giving you ample time to plan your business expenses.
